Official title: A bill to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to give the Commonwealth of Kentucky the first option on the Louisville Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Kentucky, upon its conveyance, lease or other disposal by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
