Crimes Against Charitable Americans Act of 2001-Amends Federal criminal law to make it a crime to knowingly and fraudulently solicit charitable contributions. Amends the Telemarketing and Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act to make fraudulent charitable solicitations subject to the Federal Trade Commission's rules concerning deceptive or abusive telemarketing practices. Increases the penalties for fraudulently misrepresenting one's self as a member or agent of the American Red Cross when soliciting charitable contributions.
