Hillory J. Farias Date Rape Prevention Drug Act - Directs the Attorney General to: (1) schedule Gamma y-hydroxybutyrate in schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act and Ketamine in schedule II of the Act; (2) establish programs and disseminate materials to provide high school and college students with education about the use of controlled substances in the furtherance of rape and sexual assault; and (3) assist law enforcement personnel in the prevention of abuse of controlled substances for such purpose.
