Official title: To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for coverage of a program of coordinated lifestyle changes to reverse individuals at significant clinical risk for a heart attack under part B of the Medicare Program.

Defines such individuals as those: (1) whose physicians have recommended revascularization in the near future; and (2) who have undergone at least one diagnostic study which demonstrates clinically significant ventricular myocardium at risk for infarction.
