Official title: To amend part B of title XVIII of the Social Security Act to make technical corrections relating to the enactment of the Social Security Act Amendments of 1994, and for other purposes.

Repeals a provision of the Social Security Act Amendments of 1994 which relates to beneficiary liability for certain noncovered services. Amends the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 to revise a deadline for a study of aggregation rules for claims of similar physician services.
