Official title: To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to carry out a demonstration project under which physicians providing services to individuals entitled to benefits under the medicare program will receive regular information on charges submitted by and payments made to other providers who furnish services to such individuals.

Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish a demonstration project under which: (1) physicians providing services for which payment may be made under Medicare part B (Supplementary Medical Insurance) may, upon request and the patient's consent, periodically receive certain information on a particular patient's utilization of other Medicare providers; and (2) such physicians receive orientation and training on the use of such information to effectively manage patient care.
