Official title: A bill to amend title VII of the Public Health Service Act to correct a technical oversight in the Disadvantaged Minority Health Improvement Act of 1990 (Public Law 101-527) by making schools of osteopathic medicine eligible to participate in the Centers of Excellence program, and for other purposes.
