Official title: To amend the Social Security Act to increase the maximum amount of Federal medical assistance available to American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands under the medicaid program and to increase the Federal medical assistance percentage for those United States insular areas to 75 percent.
