Official title: To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to reimburse medicare beneficiaries who are entitled to status as qualified medicare beneficiaries under the medicaid program for medicare cost-sharing incurred by the beneficiaries that was not paid for under a State plan for medical assistance under title XIX of such Act.
