Official title: To amend section 2680(c) of title 28, United States Code, to allow Federal tort claims arising from certain acts of customs or other law enforcement officers, and to amend section 3724 of title 31, United States Code, to extend to the Secretary of the Treasury the authority to settle claims for damages resulting from law enforcement activities of the Customs Service.
