Official title: To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish a demonstration project under which medicare beneficiaries may enter into agreements with suppliers of certain items of durable medical equipment to obtain items other than the standard version of the items for which payment may be made under part B of title XVIII of the Social Security Act.
