Expressing the sense of the Congress that the Fox Broadcasting Company be commended for accepting paid advertising promoting the use of condoms as a method for preventing the spread of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), that all other commercial broadcast networks should follow the example of the Fox Broadcasting Company, and that the Secretary of Health and Human Services should prepare, and encourage the preparation of, public service announcements promoting the use of condoms as a method for preventing the spread of AIDS.
