Relief for Terminated Workers Act

Requires the Secretary of Labor to establish the following benefits for employees terminated as a result of revisions of the Clean Air Act: (1) readjustment allowances similar to trade readjustment allowances under the Trade Act of 1974; and (2) programs for employment services, job search, and relocation allowances similar to programs under such Act. Authorizes appropriations.
