Official title: A resolution expressing the sense of the House regarding the critical need to include the use of oxygenated fuels such as ethanol, produced from our abundant stocks of surplus grain, and methanol, which can be produced from our vast coal reserves, in air pollution control strategies required by the Federal Environmental Protection Agency for carbon monoxide and ozone nonattainment.
