Official title: A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that the Secretary of Health and Human Services should prepare, and encourage the preparation of, public service announcements about acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS); and that commercial television networks and local television stations should accept for broadcast during selected adult programming such announcements, and commercial advertisements concerning the use of condoms to prevent infection by the AIDS virus.
